Sarah Tupper holds dual master's degrees in Nursing and Health Systems Administration, showcasing a strong foundation in both clinical practice and healthcare management. As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Menopause Society Certified Provider, she is dedicated to delivering comprehensive care to families in an employer-based family medicine clinic, while specializing in partnering with women to manage the peri and menopause transition. She is passionate about walking alongside women to make midlife their best season yet! Additionally, she is a diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, emphasizing the importance of lifestyle interventions in promoting health and wellness. She enjoys hiking, walking, knitting, playing piano and spending time with her 3 young adults and husband.
